This wire carries high frequency signals than compared to twisted-pair cables and contains a central core conductor made of solid wire enfolded in an insulator, which is covered by an outer conductor made of metal foil. Outer conductor is needed to complete the circuit and then the whole cable gets protected by a plastic cover.
  • Optic cables. (Fibre):- This cable is mainly used by cable and telephony companies which provide fast connections to the Internet. In the form of light fibre optic cable transmits data signals. This light channel has two main parts mainly: core and cladding in which cladding acts as a protective cover to core.
